UTV 396 is a 2015 Kubota/RTV1140 which was donated by Dr. Paul Kohut our prior Medical Command Physician. Dr. Kohut dontated this as a joint venture unit will all agencies he held the position of Medical Command Physician for. It became housed at the Edinboro Fire Department due to apparatus bay space.
